Vault64 provides pre-verified B2B lead packs, updated weekly, for marketing and sales purposes. By purchasing or using these lead packs, you agree to use the data in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection and privacy laws.

Purchases

By placing an order through Vault64, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal right to use any payment method provided.
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You understand that lead packs are digital products delivered instantly and considered “used” once accessed.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Vault64 does not offer refunds once a lead pack has been purchased.

Reason for No Refunds: Because lead packs contain digital data that can be accessed, copied, or used immediately upon delivery, they are considered “consumed” once delivered. For this reason, we cannot offer refunds.

Bounce Rate Guarantee

While we do not provide refunds, we do stand behind the quality of our data. Vault64 guarantees that all lead packs are pre-verified to achieve 95%+ deliverability at the time of sale.

If more than 10% of your leads bounce within 14 days of purchase, Vault64 will replace the affected leads at no additional cost. This replacement is the sole remedy available for lead deliverability issues.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on the Vault64 website remain the property of Vault64. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit the content without express permission, except for the intended use of purchased lead packs.

Limitation of Liability

Vault64 is not responsible for any outcomes, damages, or claims arising from your use of the lead packs. The data is provided “as-is” for business purposes. You are solely responsible for how you use the leads, including compliance with relevant laws.

Termination

Vault64 reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

Changes to Terms

Vault64 may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review this page periodically for updates.
